The Value-Based Programs Analyst supports successful value-based provider relationships in the Service Fund Department with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals through analysis and collaboration of provider contract loading and maintenance.
The Value-Based Programs Analyst supports our Market Contracting and Market Finance partners in multiple markets ensuring Provider Contracts are loaded in Service Fund accurately and timely for membership paneling and provider payments.
+ Focuses on value based strategies related to the administration of value based contracts
+ Supports the markets in all value based contract administration strategies and supports implementation of those strategies through regular engagement and analytical support
+ Facilitates the loading of Provider Contracts through collaboration with our Service Fund Operational teams and our Market Partners and based upon contractual stipulations
+ Ensures the accuracy of provider payment, membership paneling and allows us to identify broader synergies with our partners
+ Uses excel to analyze, research and load Provider contracts

Required Qualifications
+ 1+ year experience with data analysis
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (ex. pivot tables, vlookups, basic formatting, etc)
+ Proven experience in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
+ Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ 1+ year of experience within the Humana Service Fu
