Job Description:

Summary

Responsible for managing business strategies and policies. Develops and implements strategies and enhancements. Improves operations efficiency, mitigates losses, and improves profitability. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

+ Develops and implements strategies that improve operation efficiency and mitigates losses.

+ Develops and implements strategies that rehabilitate defaulted loans and improve operational efficiency.

+ Develops and evaluates loss and recovery forecast models.

+ Establishes effective production and strategy performance tracking. Ensures strategies are performing as expected and implements policy changes in a timely manner.

+ Identifies risks and implements strategies within servicing system limitations.

+ Communicates with operations and systems teams to ensure strategies and tests are being utilized appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, what we need from you:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics

+ 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Related

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

+ Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics

+ 4+ years of experience in Project Management

+ 2+ years of experience in Agile

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
