TEKsystems’ Client is seeking experienced Braze solution architects that can help our clients implement, integrate and operate the Braze platform effectively to maximize their investment in the platform and deliver world-class customer experiences.

It provides tools for creating and managing campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and measuring the impact of marketing efforts.

Role Description:

The purpose of this role is to create comprehensive approaches to data and content activation aligned to delivering the CX vision for our clients on the Braze Platform. This includes an integrated approach to implementing and coordinating content systems as well as related martech systems, ensuring relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices while meeting functional and operational requirements. The role will oversee the delivery of the Platform and establish key processes and governance for ongoing operations.

The Braze Platform Architect is a hybrid business and technical consultant, who will serve as a digital tech lead focused on the Braze Marketing Platform. As the owner of customer messaging solutions for multiple clients, this person is responsible for the successful onboarding and overall platform direction for those clients. This individual will collaborate with account management, engineering, design and activation teams to design and deliver solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will be able to display thought leadership, technical prowess, resource management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as technical and operational subject matter expert for the Braze Platform.

- Document and lead creation of customer journey solutions, Canvas campaigns, data integration and reports.

- Create, document and connect business requirements to technical capabilities to provide cohesive, practical solutions to scale and perform.

- Work in partnership with data engineers, developers, QA resources and analytics to deliver holistic solution design and execution.

- Define platform data needs, perform platform configuration, and triggers needed to deliver complex customer journeys within Canvas.

- Support new customers in achieving effective and efficient SDK and API integrations.

- Proactively identify and resolve problems across multiple systems.

- Guide adoption of platform enhancements and industry best practices.

- Grow internal Braze capabilities by creating and enhancing internal documentation and processes based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.

- Act as a consultant and technical expert on the Braze platform to serve clients’ needs.

- Ability to participate and lead technology discussions with existing and prospective clients, including use case validation and pitches.

- Contribute to CRM pitches and projects as technologist or platform consultant.

- Contribute to project scopes and estimation for new and existing projects.

- Develop and share best practices for Braze within TEKsystems’ Client
