Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Specialist to join this bank’s IT Support team. This person will be joining a team of 7 and will be responsible for mainly Tier 1 support. 80% of time will be allocated to phone support, 20% in person as they will be in person only 2-3 days a week. This team supports around 400 users. You will be responsible for resolving tickets distributed by ServiceNow. Tickets consistently include user issues derived from Outlook, Azure, Active Directory and basic Windows 10 hardware/software issues. There is a lot of room for growth, so this person needs to be a go getter, who is self-sufficient and determined. If they can’t resolve at Tier 1, they escalate to Tier 2.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of Tier 1 support ex) Active Directory, Password reset, Windows 10 Tier 1 issues, virtualization issues in Azure Virtual machines)
Windows 10 support
MS Teams connectivity, camera/mic not working
Office 365
Ticketing experience, ServiceNow
Printer support (removing a paper jam, documenting printer issues).
Active Directory – adding users and groups
GREAT customer service skills, outgoing, high energy, even keel personality, go-getter, reliable and resourceful person
Someone who has dealt with C level executives
Polished and sharp appearance, presentable in person Azure virtual machine support
Microsoft Authenticator
Mac support
iOS and Android support, setting up mobile phones for email and Teams
A+ cert, Associate’s degree, apprenticeship program null
