Job Description
CONTRACT
Digital Content Specialist – AEM
Hybrid, X2 Northern burbs of Chicago
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the review, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring adherence to established Brand guidelines for smooth user experiences and visual consistency.
- Utilize AEM tools and features to author, manage, and update web pages, landing pages, digital assets, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate closely with UX teams to implement visually appealing page layouts and designs within AEM, enhancing user engagement and brand consistency.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.
- Coordinate content localization efforts to effectively reach international audiences.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on published content to ensure functionality and formatting consistency across different devices.
- Provide support and guidance to content contributors and stakeholders on AEM usage and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure page updates/creation align with overall business objectives and project timelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics within AEM, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Skills:
Adobe experience manager, Figma, adobe analytics, javascript, ux design, UI design, web optimization, search engine optimization, SEO
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of content authoring and QA experience with the Adobe Experience Manager (Content Management System)
- Experience with wireframes and design/prototyping software like Figma
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, UX/UI design, digital ADA (Accessibility) compliance and web optimization (SEO) preferred.
- Understanding of image manipulation and cropping
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently as needed with minimal supervision but knows when issues should be escalated to manager.
- Ability to prioritize and arrange work requirements to accomplish goals and ensure work is completed.
