Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan and is a leading provider of payment, fraud, and data security for companies large and small and capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.

As a Product Enablement & Servicing Program Project Manager II for Merchant Services Product, you will support the end-to-end program management of features through the PDLC with a focus on delivery to the end-user community. You will gain an understanding of the end user support teams that covering merchant inquires, within a payments centralized client service organization. You will participate in the PDLC as features are presented to understand impacted teams, expectations based on operational impacts, and organize the delivery schedule and transition timing to ensure proper hand off to owning operational tams. You will gain an understanding of the PDLC process including intake, discovery, portfolio business review (PBR) and quarterly business review (QBR) and the impacts/requirements from an operational enablement and readiness perspective. You will monitor schedule and scope changes impacting work in flight to keep end user teams informed. You will be accountable to manage risks and issues identification, reporting , and follow ups until resolved.

Job Responsibilities

+ Support teams in defining end to end scope and needs across the entire servicing organization, including impacts on operations. Manage early intake and definition.

+ Own and drive end to end project management of features are nearing technical delivery and operational impact. Manage transitions at critical points in the lifecycle.

+ Support end user forums agenda development and facilitate meetings

+ Manage JIRA boards for partners to ensure details follow required standards to ensure that information needed at transition is ready in a timely manner.

+ Ensure you have detailed understanding to represent operational and business readiness in APR Status forums, take action items back to team, and ensure resolution.

+ Ensure that epics meet minimum viable epic requirements, review regularly and work with teams to obtain details/ensure planning for future

+ Communicate with management and develop effective presentations and project update materials suitable for senior leaders and resolve issues through broad decision making

+ Monitor aligned projects and backlog, evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution Identify potential blockers or obstacles and escalate issues as needed

+ Actively invest in building rapport with peers and stakeholders

+ Demonstrate strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct controls over resources

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Extensive experience (5+ years) as product owner, project manager, or technology portfolio manager for complex products/projects/organization

+ Advanced experience working with Jira including dashboard development and working with teams that use JIRA to manage workload.

+ Experience with product development processes, project management and understanding of the product development life cycle

+ Self-starter with strong initiative, desire to build efficiency, and a style that fosters teamwork and collaboration across stakeholders and partners at all levels

+ Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to describe the desired outcome, or story in such a way that is clear to the audience. Know your audience, and anticipate information needs.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects with varying management level stakeholders Adaptable in a consistently fast changing environment, with the ability to quickly learn new processes.

+ Distinctive problem-solving skills; ability to break down and bring structure to complex problems

+ Ability to influence across business lines, cultures and functions; drive results without direct control

+ Flexibility and ability to pivot when business priorities or organizational structures change

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Strong knowledge of software product development lifecycle with exposure to payments/merchant service business
