Job Description

Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in ITASCA, Illinois. In this role, you will be involved in leading the accounts payable function, managing accounting software systems, and overseeing data processing. This role also requires proficiency in various ERP solutions and a strong understanding of financial services.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise the accounts payable team and ensure all financial deadlines are met

- Manage and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data

- Oversee the use of ADP for financial services and Concur for expense reporting

- Supervise the check processing and discrepancy resolution processes to ensure accuracy

- Lead the implementation and management of ERP solutions across the organization

- Maintain and manage LEED Accounts Payable and NetSuite systems

- Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Monitor and manage expense reporting, ensuring all expenses are properly recorded and justified

- Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable records

- Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts payable processes. Requirements – The candidate must possess at least 10 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager.

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

- Knowledge of ADP – Financial Services is required.

- Experience with Concur software is necessary.

- The candidate should be skilled in Data Processing.

- Proficiency in ERP Solutions is expected.

- The candidate must be well-versed with Accounting Functions.

- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

- Experience in Check Processing is necessary.

- The candidate should be skilled in identifying and resolving Discrepancies.

- Proficiency in Expense Reporting is expected.

- The candidate should have experience with LEED Accounts Payable.

- Knowledge of NetSuite software is required.
