Job Description

Description We are offering a role within our team for a Contracts Administrator based in Chicago, Illinois. The position is part of a dynamic work environment and offers a contract employment opportunity. The role is primarily focused on maintaining and managing contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders ensuring clear communication and respect for diversity

- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract review, analysis, and documentation

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to maintain files, prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a collaborative and engaging environment

- Show familiarity with contract law and a general understanding of legal concepts related to contracts

- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and propose solutions

- Demonstrate proficiency with technology, comfortable working with contract management software, databases, and other relevant tools

- Administer contracts and review invoices in an efficient and timely manner

- Ensure all contract administration tasks are handled with the highest level of accuracy. Requirements – Comprehensive understanding and experience in Contract Administration

- Proficient in reviewing and processing invoices

- Ability to interpret and implement contract terms and conditions

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software

- Experience in maintaining contract files and documentation

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to contract administration

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred.
