The Trustee Sales and Accountant Specialist I will be responsible for processing all account receivables and payables. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The approved Target Pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00.
What you’ll do:
+ Prepare and process all invoices to the client.
+ Review vendor A/P invoices and make any needed adjustments.
+ Ensure that all vendors and paid.
+ Process all funds and disbursements from third-party sales.
+ Maintain and balance trust bank accounts.
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What you’ll need:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 0 – 1 year of work experience in a professional environment, preferred.
+ Efficient in Microsoft Suite-Word, Excel, etc.
