Job Description

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the transport industry based in Broadview, Illinois, United States. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for conducting outbound phone calls and scheduling appointments for our large team. The key focus of this role lies in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to schedule meetings

- Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services

- Accurately record and update client information and scheduling details in our CRM system

- Collaborate with the team to coordinate meeting schedules and ensure optimal utilization of their time

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns raised by prospective clients

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the scheduling process

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics

- Utilize skills in answering inbound calls, call center customer service, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, inbound outbound calls, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, order entry, and scheduling appointments

- Play a vital role in inside sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets for scheduled meetings and conversion rates. Requirements – Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the transport industry

- Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

- Experience in a call center environment is essential

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries effectively

- Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

- Experience in managing email correspondence with customers

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required

- Experience in order entry systems

- Ability to schedule appointments in an organized and efficient manner

- Experience in inside sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with customers and colleagues.
