Job Description

Description We are in need of a Customer Service Representative based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The primary function of this role involves acting as a key point of contact for customers and visitors, providing professional and friendly service, and assisting customers with various tasks within the center. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times

- Assist customers within the center with various tasks such as showing them to a meeting room, preparing their new office for move-in, and troubleshooting basic technical issues

- Stay proactive in keeping the center in pristine condition, ensuring that all common areas are ready for the next guests at all times

- Deliver mail, send packages, and prepare meeting rooms and day offices for customers as an integral part of their team

- Serve as a resource for customers seeking information, assistance, or recommendations; this includes thorough understanding of all key services, products, and amenities

- Contribute to the overall revenue of the center by identifying opportunities and actively upselling/cross selling all products & services

- Ensure that all daily service charges are captured and entered into the relevant system on a daily basis

- Utilize skills such as answering inbound calls, handling customer service in a call center, data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments

- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required for order entry and other administrative tasks. Requirements – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

- Experience in a call center customer service role

- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience with data entry tasks

- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and effectively

- Capability to manage order entry tasks

- Experience with scheduling appointments

- Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
