Your Team

Acute Therapies is a $750M+ business globally, focused on treating patients in the ICU. Within Acute Therapies, we recognize the complexity of the challenges our customers face when caring for the most critically ill patients in the ICU. This is why we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes worldwide with purposeful, innovative patient-centered critical care through product integration and service solutions to on-demand educational advancements, medical expertise, and data-driven insights.
The Acute Therapies business focuses on vital organs, including treatments for the kidney, lungs, liver, and for sepsis. The Organ Support Therapies portion of the business is expected to be a major contributor to the growth of Vantive.
We are looking to onboard talent to support the Organ Support Therapies growth.What you'll be doing

Support the launch of a major advancement to the sepsis space

Responsible for growing the business of additional products for sepsis in the ICU

Conduct market research to validate and support marketing strategy

Develop marketing plans, training, and promotional pieces for sepsis product

Work closely with key cross functional partners, including strategy team, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and regional marketing to gain organization alignment for product and therapy

Develop value proposition and claims needed for market differentiation that optimizes the product portfolio offering to improve profitability & sustainability

Develop foundational tools and materials to support consistent, aligned, and on-brand promotion

Collaborate with global corporate executives such as the Global Business Unit management team, Regional leadership and countriesWhat you'll bring

Minimum of 5+ years marketing experience in the healthcare industry, including Medical Device or Pharma product management expertise

BS/BA degree required. MBA preferred

Proven skills in messaging, branding, creative product/program development, portfolio marketing, and product pricing

Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders

Strong results orientation with proven ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data

Strategic Thinking - Solid ability to understand market trends, complex financial data, and customer needs to help define advanced planning/positioning strategies that create new value/drive growth

Customer Focus - A passion to represent Voice of Customer of patients/professionals to understand unmet market needs/efficient solutions

Therapy and Product Expertise - Strong ability to translate therapeutic goals/practices, along with technical product details, into easy-to-understand features/benefits to position with differentiated communication tools

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
