Lead, Global Economic Incentives at a glance...
The successful candidate will identify government grants and incentives aligned with our strategic plans and execute strategies to avail KHC of those incentives. In addition, you will build and maintain productive relationships with US and global policymakers, Washington embassies, etc. to advocate for the company's interests. A successful candidate brings with them experience negotiating, applying and reporting on government programs and tax policies that incentivize the company's ESG and other efforts.

Maintain a positive working relationship with relevant third parties and internal stakeholders to secure maximum ESG tax credits and grants, and minimal audit risk through robust documentation repositories.
Analyze the company's eligibility for ESG-related tax breaks and follow new developments in ESG-related tax policy. Insert position responsibilities here.

I have demonstrated hands-on experience handling government funding projects in relation to investment in ESG, capital expenditures, research and development, training, etc.
I have the ability to access and negotiate a wide variety of incentives
I have excellent work leadership skills and judgment with the capacity to make decisions and give counsel that reflects an understanding of overall business objectives and the risks/rewards of each situation
I have strong leadership and project management skills: ability to think strategically, learning with agility and strong organizational skills
I am a self-starter and ambitious with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment that requires management of multiple projects simultaneously
I have the ability to collaborate and build relationships and influence across all levels within the organization
I possess excellent oral and written communication skills
I am able to travel moderately as required.
