Job Description
About the role
This position is part of the team responsible for the oversight and advancement of Amcor's global ESG regulation reporting and oversees Amcor's processes and controls over reported ESG information and alignment of ESG information being reported in Amcor jurisdictions globally.
This position requires an experienced manager who can function independently with diverse stakeholders and manage through influence across levels and functions.

Key Job Accountabilities
Consult with the Group Sustainability team to align on a streamlined process for collecting data across the global business to meet the organization's sustainability reporting needs and goals.
Assist with development, implementation, promotion and monitoring of ESG project plans to meet global ESG reporting regulations in all Amcor jurisdictions.
Consult with Group Legal team to determine ESG reporting regulations applicability to Amcor operations.
Monitor ESG regulations impacting Amcor and assist with preparation of related regulation gap analysis and prioritization of actions to address gaps identified.
Assist with development of internal controls over ESG reporting requirements and related management testing approach, coordinating with stakeholders, including external and internal audit, operations and impacted group functional leaders.
Assist with development of ESG reporting education and training programs for Amcor stakeholders
Assist with development of communications regarding ESG reporting initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including the ESG Steering Committee
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Amcor (financial reporting, group internal audit, legal, investor relations, procurement, communications) to ensure Amcor is prepared to meet regulatory sustainability reporting obligations, including developing relevant messaging and contributing to the evaluation of sustainability topics for financial materiality and enterprise risk.

Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years progressive experience in management and reporting, preferably in a large, global manufacturing organization. Sustainability reporting experience a plus.
Demonstrated history of developing and delivering projects in a global corporate setting.
Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience developing and delivering training to diverse audience.
Experience in change management and continuous quality improvement
Ability to work on own initiative, maintaining clear and effective communication with team
