Pay Rate: $70/hr on W2
Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software engineer or Tech lead with full stack .net/c# skillset to join EDMS Core Technologies Team as we move from being a tech-enabled service to a API-First Microservices enabled Product hub. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Senior dev to be an integral part of an agile team that's constantly pushing the envelope to enhance, build, and deliver top-notch Microservices platform. With 10+ years of experience and with current role as Senior developer or Tech Lead.
Develops secure and high-quality production code, conduct code reviews written by others developers.
Drives decisions that influence the application functionality including technical operations and processes with Senior Technology Managers, Product Owners and other Leads.
Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of Microservices built ecosystem.
Actively contributes to the EDMS community as an advocate of integration based frameworks, tools, and practices used for Software Development Life Cycle.
Ensure that all products are developed in accordance with the Industry accredited development processes and coding standards.
Ensure changes are unit and smoke tested before merging to the trunk.
Ensure changes are appropriately integration tested before verification testing.
Help to enhance CI/CD pipeline to make all aspects of development, deployment and maintenance fast and efficient.
* Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
* Collaborate with Senior leads internal team to produce software design and architecture.
* Candidate should have working experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases such MongoDb, Elastic Search, Redis.
* Develop API prototypes and proofs of concept.
Skills and AbilitiesAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
Understanding of Architectural patterns such as Vertical, Layered, or Clean architecture.
* Demonstrate knowledge of technical patterns within the code base.
* Knowledge of API Gateway such as Azure APIM, Mulesoft or Kong and Gateway practices.
* Object oriented programming knowledge
* C# and NET CORE/6.0/8.0
* Experience with Git and CI/CD.
* MSSQL 2008-2016 (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers)
* Experience with creating RDB schemas on database platforms such as SQL Server
* TDD or BDD and any experience of Mocking frameworks
* Knowledge of Redis, Elastic search, Rabbit MQ.
* Security and RBAC implementation for APIs and Services.
