What You Will Do

Join us as a Digital Data Steward, where you'll be at the forefront of our data initiatives within the Digital Enablement team! You'll collaborate with a global team across multiple business units, including product management, marketing, and corporate IT, to elevate the customer experience across digital platforms. Your expertise will shape enterprise product data standards and strategies, while supporting plans that ensure our product information fuels successful commercial outcomes.
  • Define and enhance data quality to foster customer trust in digital assets.
  • Establish important product information objects (taxonomies, attributes, attribute values) and their meaning, metadata, rules for use, format, and lineage.
  • Define and monitor quality metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvements in digital data.
  • Build and govern digital data guidelines, standards, and dictionaries.
  • Contribute to essential product information processes as an accountable data quality owner.
  • Serve as a digital data SME in both technical and business contexts.
  • Lead broad-ranging projects to improve digital data quality.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Taxonomy, Product Information, Master Data Management, Data Governance, and related competencies.
  • An understanding of data stewardship concepts including metadata management, data quality and data governance.
  • Experience with enterprise-level product information management (PIM) platforms and tools.
  • Industrial Supply, Manufacturing, or B2B Distribution experience preferred.
