Your role as an Associate Product Manager is essential in driving product success by collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape and execute strategies. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates while providing support to internal and external stakeholders for the Cable Cleats product line. You'll interact daily with various teams globally to ensure project completion. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and collaboration. Responsibilities include:
- Support global product strategy and execute business plans for launches.
- Provide technical and application support for assigned products.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis for pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Assist in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel globally 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Oracle, and Apian BPM.

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $77,000 - $88,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
