Job Scope:
Responsible for the coordination, implementation and execution of training systems; including the development and innovation of training programs to support manufacturing and peripheral groups. Coordinates the ongoing and recurring system training of manufacturing training assistants. Implements and maintains training system controls for manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:
Apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging and effective learning materials, including online courses, certifications, and interactive modules.
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to the needs of various users of the learning software.
Implement evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify learning gaps and future training needs and manage the curriculum design to facilitate meeting those needs.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including production managers, production supervisors, product managers, marketing, and subject matter experts, to ensure that training materials align with product updates and user needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and the IVD industry to keep the Academy relevant and effective.
Lead the strategy of new resources, learning opportunities, internal processes, and technologies.
Collaborate across multiple functions in the organization to ensure alignment.
Develop new and maintain existing curriculum to meet organizational goals and needs.
Design, manage and drive continuous improvement of existing programs and content.
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts in the development of training content.
