JOB DETAILS
Base Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour plus $1 per shift differential
Day Shift: 7pm - 7am Monday-Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Night Shift Team Lead will be responsible for scheduling, printing, copying, sorting, and distributing daily add-ons and missed delivery units utilizing WSOE (Simonton's order-entry system).
Responsible for personal safety as well as involvement in all EHS efforts at this facility
Works with IS and Plant/Production Manager concerning changes to the order process
Updating holiday and customer zones as needed
Must have good organizational skills
Possess excellent attention to detail
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the personnel and management
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracyQualifications
Two years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a familiarity with window systems or other building products
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and supporting documents
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Computer Skills: WSOE, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet applications
Knowledge of products and materials used in window manufacturingAdditional Information
