Revenue Cycle Analytics Analyst

Job Description

Overview

In this role, you will consult directly with leaders across various functions within the organization. You’ll be an integral part of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and directly plugged in to collaborate across all of our business functions. You’ll be asked to conduct ad hoc analysis on complex datasets, identify insights, interpret results to influence decisions and explain impactors, and develop dashboards to monitor progress. You will be challenged to utilize intuition and experience to resolve issues on the fly. There will be ongoing opportunities to manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, process improvements and reporting enhancements for RCM leaders.

Qualifications include:

+ Completed Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields required.

+ 3 years of relevant work experience required.

+ Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot performance issues.

+ Expertise in manipulating and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets using programming languages such as SQL, Python.

+ Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

This is a remote position. Occasional travel to ATI’s corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook, IL

Responsibilities

Data Analysis

- Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot performance issues.

- Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

- Understanding of financial concepts around revenue cycle, profitability, and ROI is a plus but not required.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with Tableau is a plus.

Data Engineer

- Expertise in manipulating and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets using programming languages such as SQL, Python.

- Experience with database technologies, ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data warehousing is preferred but not required.

- Assist with designing and building data pipelines, data warehouses. Ensure that data is easily accessible, reliable and secure.

- Experience with cloud-based platform such as Microsoft Azure Databricks is preferred.

Project Management

- Ability to handle multiple, sometimes competing priorities.

- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

- Strong follow-through and adaptability to changing circumstances.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required:

- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields and 3 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred:

- Completed Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields

- Strong academic background and desire for ongoing personal development
