Job Description
Seeking diligent team members to join our manufacturing operations! Each candidate will begin their journey in the Shipping department for 2-3 days to grasp the full scope of day-to-day operations. Post this initial training, you will be moved to your designated role, which may include Saw Operating, General Labor, Shipping, or Forklift Operating. Responsibilities include identifying, measuring, and cutting material, cleaning material post-cuts, collaborating effectively within a team, reading tape measures, understanding calipers and micrometers. Training and certification for forklift operation will be provided.
Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and well-lit, promoting a family-first atmosphere and an open-door policy with the management. Candidates should be prepared to work overtime.
