Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift role, from 3pm to 11pm Monday through Friday, with opportunities for substantial overtime during the week and on weekends. This position offers a pay range of $25 to $34 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on various machinery. Tasks include replacing old mechanical equipment and fabricating and welding sheet metal for different parts of the company using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Wheeling, Illinois.
Work Environment
The role is situated within a family-owned company with a long-standing history and a tight-knit team of 100 employees, where 65 have been with the company for over 15 years. The work environment promotes quality, service, and reliability, with a focus on premium materials and state-of-the-art testing equipment. Candidates will work on a maintenance team of 5, with 2-3 people per shift, and will be required to wear steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hard hats while on the floor.
