VIU by HUB Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a self-starting individual with generalized marketing/communication experience in a B2B and B2B2C insurance marketing environment to support execution of various marketing strategies. Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will assist in planning and execution of a coordinated mix of marketing programs to create and accelerate leads and sales on a per partner basis. This role will also be integral to the management of active partners; reporting and analyzing results of partner programs for learning and optimization; as well as various project management. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to improve the entire Strategic Partnership marketing ecosystem.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be results driven and have superior attention to detail, especially with marketing campaigns and assets. Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will assist in planning and execution of a coordinated mix of marketing programs to create and accelerate leads and sales on a per partner basis. This role will also be integral to reporting and analyzing results of partner programs for learning and optimization. This position will be working directly with our strategic partners to gain an understanding of their operations to make effective, partner specific marketing recommendations. This is a great position to learn and grow with the company, requiring a unique combination of execution with the goal of growth into strategic planning.

Responsibilities

+ With leadership from the Marketing Manager, develop comprehensive partner marketing support materials and packages aimed at driving partner-generated leads (B2B2C) including but not limited to: email templates, flyers, postcards, content calendars, social media.

+ Support the development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns for prospective partners (B2B) including but not limited to: email, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, events/conferences etc.

+ Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, to facilitate the development of thought-leadership content.

+ As project execution lead, manage campaign timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and streamlining approval processes for efficient campaign execution across B2B and B2B2C initiatives.

+ Assist in guiding creative direction for various online channels, including email, social media, web/banner ads, and search, to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement within both B2B and B2B2C segments.

+ Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement within the B2B and B2B2C landscapes.

+ Collaborate with digital, partner, and product marketing teams to identify partner product offerings and technical requirements for marketing automation functionality.

+ Research and share industry trends with the team in an effort to improve efficiency and provide creative solutions

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment

+ Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with successful execution

+ Ability to advise and influence stakeholders and business partners with presentation skills, analytics, reasoning and relationship building

+ Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines

+ Curious about the “bigger picture” and how to make larger impacts across different parts of the process

+ Self-motivated with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can react to changing priorities.

+ Learns quickly and efficiently and can work both independently and as part of a team.

+ General knowledge of marketing tools and programs such as how to effectively equip partners for amplification of a program and how to directly engage end consumers

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office

+ Working knowledge of project management, Customer Relationship Management platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), analytics platforms and Miro preferred

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
