Job Description
Rescar is looking for a Billing and Invoice Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based in our Downers Grove office. The Billing and Invoice Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all documentation for services provided by Field Services and providing the customer a clear itemized bill in a timely manner. As well as follow through with payment on invoices within 60 days of the invoice being issued.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience verifying accuracy and correctness of data/information (invoicing, billing, customer) and revise any errors, ability to communicate ideas and information in writing through speech so that others will understand, ability to manage time effectively by completing multiple projects on time within a fast-paced environment, and ability to organize work efficiently and act independently to deliver results. Responsibilities:+ Audit BRC’s for accuracy and gather all needed documentation to send to the customer
+ Invoice BRC’s to customers and update customer websites, as needed
+ Review all invoices that leave business to ensure their accuracy and minimize negative customer feedback
+ The coordinator must follow all company billing procedures to make sure that sent bills and invoices are noted and tracked
+ Tracks invoices and follows up with customers regarding questions, disputes, credits, and payments
+ The coordinator also works with the Director of Billing to clear outstanding invoices in less than 60 days
Requirements:+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
+ 0-3 years’ experience with billing, invoicing, office administration support or similar field
+ Experience with creating railcar maintenance service invoices preferred
+ Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
