Job Summary:

Caterpillar Inc. is a global FORTUNE 100 company working to help its customers build a better, more sustainable world. The Strategic Planning & Procurement Division (SPPD) is making significant investment in digital capabilities to enhance its business processes. These new tools will require organizational transformation requiring meaningful change management for both internal Caterpillar employees and external partners. One of these tools is PROcure.

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to implement organizational change initiatives that enable PROcure to achieve greater performance, and ensure awareness, knowledge, adoption, engagement, and value realization of its current live and upcoming modules. As part of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Marketing team, you will develop and execute strategic OCM deliverables and provide change management counsel to internal groups, all while meeting anticipated goals and deadlines as guided by product and process owners. Likewise, as part of a larger Digital Supply & Procurement team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture. What You Will Do:

+ Serve as the OCM lead for PROcure’s live modules, Analytics and Contract Lifecycle Management.

+ Serve as the OCM lead for PROcure’s upcoming module, Supplier Master Data Management (MDM), as it prepares to go live enterprise wide in 4Q2024.

+ Conduct needs analysis and impact assessments to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.

+ Provide consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.

+ Influence and lead people to adoption of PROcure’s change initiatives to attain business results.

+ Carry out organizational change programs and activities and ensure consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.

+ Utilize PROcure communication channels – Microsoft SharePoint, Viva Engage, Forms, and Outlook to execute engaging communications designed to drive user collaboration and adoption.

+ Organize PROcure’s bi-weekly governance presentation, gathering input from process and product owners, and other key team members.

+ Work directly with a wide range of Caterpillar’s Strategic Procurement & Planning Division (SPPD) team members, enterprise representatives, and suppliers including presenting recommendations to OCM and PROcure leaders.

+ Recommend areas for proactive OCM continuous improvement.

Education Requirement:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
