Job Description
As a Blender Machine Operator, your primary responsibilities will include bringing all raw materials to the production lines, removing finished productions, and lifting cases of finished goods onto pallets. You will be responsible for staging all Resin, and cleaning, refilling, and maintaining all Blending Systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with packers to support the production process. Your tasks will involve collecting virgin, regrind, and colorant materials to prepare necessary formula mixtures, placing predetermined amounts into a drum secured on the blender, activating the blender following manufacturing and safety instructions, and ensuring the mixture is evenly blended before delivery to the appropriate machine. You will also perform regrinding activities, inspect regrind for contamination, remove excess production from manufacturing, fill in as a Packer as needed, perform color and material changes without supervision, and maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.

The workplace is a 90,000 sq feet facility with 15 extrusion lines and 2 labeling lines, focusing on plastic extrusion for various consumer products like shampoo, lotion, and cleaning solution bottles.
