At Egencia our mission is to power business growth by strengthening connections, broadening horizons and bridging divides through travel. Our New Distribution Capability (NDC) Product and Operations team is looking for an experienced, energetic and self-motivated Sr. Manager Business Operations to help us do just that.

The NDC Product team is part of Egencia global product organization. The team manages the entire lifecycle of Air NDC transactions. Responsible for the end-to-end experience of the traveler, travel arrangers and travel consultants, we focus on delivering the most value to all our users and suppliers.

The Sr. Business Operations Manager will take a lead role in expanding Egencia’s NDC connectivity capabilities, leading a team of business analysts to accelerate our NDC adoption and creating a new business / supply operations center of excellence. You will work collaboratively across other Product teams, Technology, Operations, Finance and broader Amex GBT partners to build and execute our product delivery strategy. You have a strategic attitude and should be proficient in strategic business models and approaches. Our team aims to converge and evolve our systems to unlock the tremendous potential of Egencia in the Travel Management space.

What will you do:

+ Work cross-functional Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world class products

+ Lead a team of business analysts investigating new connectivity and supply operations challenges

+ Partner with Egencia Technical Services on issue resolution and lead the team functioning as a tier 2, 3 escalation point with a goal of minimizing issues/bugs across air development teams

+ Envision business objectives, opportunities and coordinate initiatives with a focus on improved traveler experience

+ Develop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler pain points and aspirations

+ Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps

+ Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Egencia leaders

+ Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and Operations

+ Build relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams
