Job Title: Sanitation Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Sanitation Associate, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our production facilities. Your daily responsibilities will include the thorough cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, conducting routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality and cleanliness, and closely collaborating with the production teams to schedule and perform equipment cleaning without interrupting manufacturing processes. You will also focus on adhering to strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment sanitation.

Shift/Pay:

+ 2nd shift Hours 2pm-10:30pm M-F

+ Pay: Starting pay for the position is $21.00 per hour

Hard Skills

+ 2+ years of prior sanitation experience within a manufacturing setting

+ Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Soft Skills

+ Ability to work closely with the production team

+ Strong adherence to safety guidelines

+ Proactive in suggesting process improvements

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NORTHBROOK, Illinois.

Work Environment

GMP food environment, our client produces a range of edible flavors both wet and dry product.
