This position is responsible for assisting Accounting with the financial audit by completing the daily reconcile of the bank lockbox and miscellaneous bank deposits to the payments posted within the patient billing system. Ensures proper and accurate payment posting by completing the daily batching of the lockbox and miscellaneous bank deposits as well as logging receivables into daily WIP sheets by payor for review and use by the management teams. Serves as a liaison between the CBO and Accounting Department as well as the banking institution.

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm

Minimum Education:

Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education

Preferred: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education

Minimum Experience:

Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
