One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA exam, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Engineering, Corporate Engineering, Information Systems, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality, Enrolled Agent (EA), State Certified Appraiser License**, Member Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of all requirements for CCIM designation; Project Management Professional (PMP), Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design (LEED), or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs including:
+ Having 5 or more years of experience with Real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, in a functional and implementation role;
+ Understanding full cycle accounting within the Real Estate industry and be able to comprehend acquisition/disposition transactions and property management techniques; and,
+ Understanding business enhancement techniques and be able to advise clients on business process improvements and efficiencies.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
+ Having detailed understanding of Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules including investment management;
+ Understanding and experience with extracting data Yardi;
+ Demonstrating ability to configure or advise on configuration of Yardi;
+ Understanding of how to set up new properties and configure recovery calculations;
+ Being responsible for completion of implementation tasks, performing project management activities;
+ Demonstrating ability to understand real estate processes and identify business requirements;
+ Demonstrating ability to translate business requirements into actionable configuration points; and,
+ Assisting in system assessments.
