Job Description
As a Unified Communication Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Product and Service Manager (PSM) for maintaining mobile communication devices, and financially for our enterprise PBX and landline telephony services across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement scalable solutions that meet the organization’s needs. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of mobile devices to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications
+ Experience with Mobile Communication devices
+ Experience using Remedy ticketing system to work and track customer’s requests for service and trouble incident tickets, managed in one or more associated Mobile queues.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as troubleshooting abilities and methodologies.
+ Experience, or exposure with enterprise PBX services
+ Experience, or exposure with PSTN telephony provider services
+ Experience with invoicing, contract management and general accounting practices
