UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Ready, our award-winning HRMS/Payroll offering. As a Sr Solution Consultant, you will be part of a growing dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core HRMS product. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:?

- Engaging with our clients to understand their business needs regarding the UKG Ready Human Capital Management application

- Leveraging your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs

- Utilizing your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution

- Staying up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality

- Acting as the subject matter expert in the product area

- Working cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects

- Driving consistency into UKG Ready delivery practices by leveraging their implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization

- Providing significant transfer of UKG Ready product knowledge to UKG customers

- Creating & building custom reports within product

- Providing analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support of live payroll processing

- Tracking, managing, and overseeing resolution of open implementation issues/items

-Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities"

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

- 3+ years’ experience implementing time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems

- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being defined

Preferred Requirements

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

- SHRM, FPC, CPP

- Experience with UKG Ready/Kronos Workforce Ready or other HCM software

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Excellent communication and consulting skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $68,100 to $97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $78,315 to $112,585 per year.
