Job Summary:

Responsible for supervision and support of Product Support Advisors. This includes coaching, mentoring, associate career development, creating and reporting metrics to drive performance and sales, training, projects, and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Create and deliver presentations to internal and external customers and teams.

+ Work with internal and external teams to support Product Support Advisors.

+ Work with internal and external teams to drive specialty and sales initiatives.

+ Supervision, coaching, mentoring, career development of Product Support Advisors.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of goals and functions of team including, but not limited to, training, reporting, and projects.

+ Trouble-shoot and resolve internal and external customer escalation issues.

Education Required:

+ HS Diploma

Education Preferred:

+ HS Diploma

Experience Required:

+ 2-3 years food sales or culinary experience, customer service/call center supervisory experience.

Experience Preferred

+ 3-5 years specialty food sales or culinary experience, specialty food product knowledge.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

+ Proven ability to communicate effectively in a positive manner both verbally and in writing.

+ Excellent organization, collaboration, prioritization and problem-solving skills are required.

+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Advanced presentation skills.

Work Environment:

+ General working conditions – exposed to adverse conditions 5% or less of time.
