Responsible for managing a team that develops and implements strategies for money movement processes including: Wires, Zelle, BillPay, Internal Transfers and Add Cash.

Manages analytical initiatives that develop and evaluate strategies, policies, and procedures. Develops and coaches’ teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

+ Develops and implements strategies to meet business goals.

+ Manages and develops a team, including hiring, performance evaluation, and development decisions.

+ Analyzes processes to identify blocks and delays. Works with cross functional teams to drive improvements.

+ Leads team to create and maintain process flows and related procedures. Leads training initiatives to ensure adherence to processes.

+ Leads team to define, build, and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities.

+ Enhances system capabilities to improve decision making and operation effectiveness and efficiency.

+ Plans, initiates, prioritizes, and oversees projects to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

+ 8+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or related field

+ In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

+ 10+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
