Join our clients team as a Process Engineering Technician! You’ll set up and adjust processing equipment, monitor efficiency and safety, conduct test runs, analyze data, and provide technical support. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various departments. Must be able to work a rotating 6pm-6am shift. responsibilities:
+ Set up and calibrate processing equipment.
+ Adjust equipment settings based on process requirements.
+ Monitor processing equipment for efficiency and safety.
+ Conduct regular audits of equipment and processes.
+ Provide guidance and feedback to line operators.
+ Execute test runs to evaluate process performance.
+ Collect and analyze data during test runs.
+ Prepare detailed records, charts, and graphs of test results.
+ Present findings to engineering teams.
+ Identify yield problems or validate new product designs.
+ Provide technical support to process development teams.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
+ Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
+ Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
+ Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
+ Identify and report potential safety hazards.
+ Suggest solutions for process improvements.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
