We are seeking an experienced Head of Advisory Services to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of our Advisory Services team, which includes national Project Services, Lender Services, and Lease Administration offerings to occupiers, lenders, and owners of real estate. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Advisory Services division, aligning with Hiffman’s overall business objectives. Lead the division in expanding Advisory Services through growth in Construction Management, Workplace Solutions, Asset Inspections and Lease Administration for owners and occupiers across the US. Develop relationships with major lenders and loan servicers to provide strategic advice, REO management and brokerage services and/or receivership services to troubled debt portfolios. Manage the P & L for the Advisory division to ensure profitability and growth, while providing a high level of service to our clients. Actively participate in the firm’s Operating Committee and leadership meetings. Work with Strategy and Development leader to analyze new vertical business lines to drive revenue and growth Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the banking, insurance, private lending, and services industries. Develop and manage relationships with corporate tenants and occupiers, as well as national real estate owners Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of a broad range of Advisory Services, including Lender Services, Project Services, and Lease Administration, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client needs. Expand services to support non-captive clients and ancillary business opportunities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase market share. Focus on increasing Project Services, Workplace Services, Lender Services, and Lease Administration. Develop relationships with US-based corporations and market services to corporate America, particularly on the occupier side. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of professionals dedicated to delivering best-in-class advisory services. What sets you apart. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA, CPM) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate, financial services, or related industry. Extensive experience in receivership, investment sales, note sales, leasing, and management services is essential. Proven track record in business development, particularly in tenant representation and occupier services. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent client relationship management and business development capabilities. Proven track record in solutioning and winning integrated multi-service line level engagements. Solid understanding of CRE strategy, lease administration, account and transaction management. Previous experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders. High proficiency in technology and the ability to contribute to innovation in business development and sales processes.
