What You Will Do

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for managing their assigned CRM leads, engaging in Account-based Marketing (ABM) activities, and prospecting to convert leads into opportunities for handoff. Additionally, the SDR is responsible for cold calling, researching projects, sourcing, and staying up to date on industry-related news.
  • Support Account Executives and Internal Account Managers through Account-based Marketing activities.
  • Drive growth by introducing Panduit products and identifying/win new projects.
  • Convert business from competitors and increase business.
  • Maintain good relationships with Stakeholders; provide support and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure data is updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Units to ensure a high level of engagement which will result in a strong collaborative relationship between the teams.
What You Will Bring
  • Some college preferred, but not required. Relevant equivalent experience or college credits accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Required Years of Experience: 2-4 years in a relevant role.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Preferred background in Sales, Distribution, or Technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% yearly.

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
