Job Description

Position SummaryThe Treasury Management Executive is responsible to maintain and grow a book of business, assist with product development to achieve treasury management strategic goals, and serve as a resource for product and technical sales support.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide treasury management sales expertise to prospective and existing Busey customers

Sell product solutions to maintain and grow a treasury management book of business; a fee-based baseline and deposits
Generate new sales income
Identify market trends within assigned market territory that will impact customer buying patterns and business problems
*Research and report on the needs of the market

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and current customers regarding developments or improvements to the treasury management suite of solutions
Maintain open dialogue with internal Busey stakeholders regarding ways to optimize Busey's product positioning
*Identify referral opportunities for all Busey lines of business.
*Participate in Product Committee

Assist with product development to achieve strategy set forth by Treasury Management Leadership
*Partner with Treasury Management Implementation to ensure adherence to compliance

ACH/RDC, risk assessments, etc.
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong sales and customer service skills
Treasury Management disciplines and related solution sets
Electronic business banking platforms and other financial services
Compliance regulations

Ability to:
Multi-task and work independently
Results oriented with excellent execution and closing capabilities
Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion

Education and Training:
Requires Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance or Business.
Requires 3 or more years business/business sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing quota; experience in cash management preferred.
Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
