Job Description

Responsibilities:
The Hospitality Coordinator's main duty is to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to associates and guests as they enter the suite, oversee visitor registration, answer questions and provide wayfinding. Other tasks will be assigned to them by the Hospitality Manager including inventory management, meeting room and AV support.
Specific Job Functions:

Reception:
o Courteously greet all associates, visitors and guests
o Provide best-in-class service to all guests arriving and departing the suite
o Provide wayfinding guidance for the property and surrounding area
o Knowledgeably answer questions about the neighborhood for visitors to the site and provide recommendations and support as needed
o Ensure strong familiarity with all building and department management in order to direct any issues to appropriate designated parties
o Maintain a take-it-to-completion mindset to ensure any visitor/guest questions are satisfactorily addressed or escalated to the appropriate knowledge expert
o Communicate effectively with client associates about upcoming events and office programs
o Track and manage maintenance requests to completion
o Support employees in a courteous and professional manner to pre-register visitors, in accordance with building standard operating procedures
o Partner with the on-site security team to ensure seamless execution of visitor protocol while providing an elevated guest experience

Meeting and Office Support
o A/V support for meetings - startup and basic troubleshooting.
o Receive catering and small deliveries, and notify recipients
o Manage vendors, agreements and COIs for office services and suppliers
o Manage office and break room supplies
o Placemaking and spot cleaning of waiting areas, break rooms, meeting spaces and other shared spaces
o Support event and employee engagement programs, and offer support to employee engagement team
o Oversee scheduled maintenance and cleaning program
Job Qualifications, Education and Experience:

o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
o 3+ years experience in hospitality, fine dining or VIP customer service highly preferred
o 2-3 years previous conference center experience highly preferred
o Professional demeanor and appearance
o Outstanding people skills
o Ability to be flexible and adaptable
o Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
o Strong management and presentation skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Ability to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request
o Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and anticipates needs of others
o Knowledge of vending, equipment inventory and maintenance, and online system helpful
o Computer literacy, specifically MS Office applications and Internet
o Ability to lift 50 lbs.
