We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Senior Manager for ESG Reporting, Engagement & Governance. In this role you will be responsible for leading all facets of Kraft Heinz ESG Reporting including the development of our ESG reporting strategy, the creation of our annual ESG report as well as reporting to external raters/rankers. You will also lead our ESG Engagement with key partners such as investors, regulators, NGO's etc and be responsible for our overall ESG Governance processes, controls, and procedures for all ESG related policies, commitments, and initiatives.
What's on the menu?ESG Reporting:

Develop and implement KH ESG reporting strategy in alignment with international and industry standards

Conduct regular research on emerging ESG trends and regulations to ensure KH ESG reporting remains relevant and up-to-date

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sustainability, Legal, Finance, Communications, R&D, Growth. Manufacturing etc to capture data and insights for accurate and comprehensive reporting

Work hand in hand with the ESG Data team to prepare data for ESG reporting, including verification of data.
ESG Engagement & Governance

Design, refine and manage ESG policy and commitment governance processes.

I have a Bachelor's degree in ESG/sustainability; MBA and/or advanced degree preferred and possess at least 5 years of related experience.

I have strong eye for business and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and explain complex ESG topics to key partners.

I have effective customer management skills, especially with senior leadership; proven track record of building effective business relationships.
