Job description
Position: Instructional eLearning Designer
Location: Chicago, IL 60603/Hybrid
Duration : 6 -12 Months Contract possible extension
Required:
Experience with functional, compliance, risk and control, process training, and/or functional training
Job Description:
Expert-level:
Program design and development skills (assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, outcome measurement, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Authoring tools - Articulate Storyline Suite
PowerPoint presentation construction
Facilitator and instructor guide creation
Communication skills (written and oral)
Work equally effectively as a team member and as an independent L&D Consultant
Strong:
Consulting, influence, conflict management, and negotiation skills
Program and project management skills
Process management and governance
Innovative problem-solving
Ability to form strong relationships across all stakeholders
Differentiating:
Cutting edge industry knowledge of best practices in learning asset design
