TheSanitationAssociateisresponsibleforanynumberofdutiestoensurehighqualitysanitationstandards.
Efficientlydisassembleandassembleequipmentforpropercleaning,setuplineequipmentprior to production run.
Safelyoperateequipmentandmachinesusedinthecleaningprocess,includingrackwasher, power washer, steamer, washer extractors and dryers, etc.
FollowtheFoodSafety,SanitationStandardOperatingProcedures(SSOP)&FoodQualityPlans
Position Requirements:
Whatweneedfrom you:
Atleast18yearsofage.
Abilitytolift,push/pullupto50lbs,stack/unstackorcarry,standand/orstoopforprolonged periods of time.
AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish.
Comfortableinawarmworking environment.
AbilitytoworkNights,Weekends&Holidays.
