Job Overview:  The Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing experiential marketing campaigns and initiatives that engage customers and create memorable brand experiences.   • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop experiential marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives and marketing goals
    • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for experiential marketing initiatives
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiential marketing campaigns, events, and activations that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate brand messages
    • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management, staffing, and on-site coordination
    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging and interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression on attendees
    • Ensure seamless integration of experiential marketing efforts with other marketing channels and campaigns
  • Brand Engagement and Customer Experience:
    • Design and implement immersive brand experiences that foster meaningful connections with consumers and enhance brand perception
    • Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of experiential marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
    • Continuously innovate and explore new trends, technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing to stay ahead of the curve
  • Partnership and Sponsorship Management:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships with relevant organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify the reach and impact of experiential marketing activities
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and clear deliverables
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage budgets for experiential marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key performance indicators, insights, and ROI analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)  
  • High School diploma or GED– required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field AND two (2) years Supervisory experience in Marketing – required
    • OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Management position in Marketing – required
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience in event marketing and or /experiential marketing (including virtual event experience) – required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with event management software is a plus
  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
