The HR Business Partner for International is responsible for aligning our talent plan and programs to our high growth business strategy. Our HR team operates across seven main regions and provides HR services from talent acquisition to business partnering to talent development. This role coordinates strategy and execution across the entire team, focusing bringing common HR practices, approaches, tools and frameworks across the geographies. The role also works closely with our Total Reward and Talent Management Centers of Excellence to roll out best practices, annual processes, and feed back real time information to influence the creation of enterprise strategy.

What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a global and matrixed organization
HR experience supporting senior leadership is a plus
Should demonstrate consultation and business partnering experience
Excellent communication and project management skills required
Experience implementing HR programs including compensation, performance management, and manager/leadership development
An undergraduate degree is required

Impact You'll Make:

The HR Business Partner is a critical role, working closely with the senior business leaders and executives to understand the strategic direction of the business, determine the HR implications, identify opportunities to enable and enhance the business agenda and ultimately build and execute plans to support that direction

You will assess current state, diagnose issues, and gain support from the regional teams to collectively determine the resources needed to develop and execute the plan, and to deliver the corresponding communications plan

Drive organizational effectiveness (culture, collaboration, communication, etc.) in acquisitions, integrations, and re-organizations through thought leadership and insightful data analysis to guide decision-making and deliver proactive solutions

Lead, in partnership with key leaders, the planning and delivery of the change management components of high visibility projects and programs

Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines; resolve complex escalated issues from COEs and team members

Bring experience and expertise to help the leadership team make decisions that facilitate succession planning, leadership development and talent mobility

Provide support and coaching to regional HR teams

Provide insight and feedback to Centers of Excellence

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
