Job Description

Staffigo Technical Services, LLC in Woodridge, IL is seeking Business Analysts to review and document business requirements. 

Job responsibilities and duties include: 

•   Systems Analysis & Design: Evaluate organizational requirements, propose IT solutions, and design advanced computer systems. Leverage structured system analysis, information engineering, and data modeling methodologies.
• Programming & System Maintenance: Oversee the testing, upkeep, and resolution of issues in computer systems and programs. Implement modern programming languages and utilize the latest technologies for peak system performance.
• System Integration & Optimization: Ensure harmonious integration of computer systems organization-wide. Leverage Internet and multimedia technologies for improved system communication and efficient data interchange.
• Application Tailoring: Review and adapt off-the-shelf software applications to fit specific organizational contexts. Customize tech solutions to meet distinct operational needs.
• User Training & Support: Empower employees and system users through comprehensive training. Offer sustained support to address tech-related challenges and promote peak productivity.
• Tech Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of technological developments through a variety of resources like manuals, journals, and reports. Recommend state-of-the-art equipment or software to maintain the company's tech edge.

Minimum requirements: 
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field of study, plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

No Travel. No Telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project
