Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Buffalo Grove, IL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Writing, formatting, and distributing organizational announcements.
Formatting and distributing newsletters for internal/external distribution.
Creating, analyzing, and reporting on internal surveys.
Building and maintaining internal websites (SharePoint, HighSpot).
Uploading assets and organizing a Digital Asset Management system.
Uploading contacts into the Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) generated from webinars, list buys, and tradeshows).
Supported the budget process by creating POs/Statements of Work and managing the meeting card process and expenses.
Owning the case study repository, including managing ongoing updates/submissions.
Supporting quarterly metrics report outs.
Project-based activities as assigned.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $25/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).
Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Motivated and driven with a "can-do" attitude.
Good organization skills.
Good customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
