WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
As part of the Organization Effectiveness team you will provide consultation to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. You will assess critical business issues and design organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. You will also coach managers on leadership skills and consult with management and develop programs in areas such as leadership development, organizational design, performance management, and strategic HR planning and development.

The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work remotely (100% from home).

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD:
Implement and advance the organization's talent management program, including performance management, talent planning, talent assessment and succession planning
Support the development and execution of organization-wide talent management strategy
Utilize metrics and data to continuously drive efficiencies, process and program improvements
Create and execute change management plans to support implementation of new program components
Work cross functionally to maximize program impact
Manage relationships with internal clients and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans
Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
May also contribute to the design and implementation of other Organizational Effectiveness programs, including organizational development, change management and employee engagement/experience.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - 95,000.

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team.Strong background working with technology, using Microsoft products, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills.
