Project Manager (Reliability Engineering Lab)
Your Job
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Reliability Lab team. You'll be working with cross-functional teams in a lab environment to lead efforts with multiple projects. You'll be interfacing with teams in the lab and coordinating with our internal engineering customers to plan and schedule testing, perform data analysis, and write test reports.

What You Will Do:
*Manage multiple complex/high visibility test lab projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
*Function as the lab's primary customer technical needs interface to the business units
*Develop project test plans for product testing, schedule resources/equipment, and track progress of those test plans
*Communicate project testing schedules and timing to the business units
*Perform data analysis and statistical analysis of product testing data results
*Develop conclusions of product performance to required test specifications and customer requirements and add value by employing critical thinking
*Author reliability engineering test reports
*Project lead for internal lab projects or initiatives as assigned
Who You Are:
*Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technology.
*5+ years of experience in Electronics Product testing or Product Development role with 5+ years of Project Management experience of leading projects
*The candidate must possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills along with problem solving and conflict management skills
What Will Put You Ahead:
*Experience in an ISO-17025 accredited test lab.
