What Youll Do

  • Researching loan credit disputes for the Bank and furnishing information to the Credit Reporting Agencies with 100% accuracy, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations, METRO 2, and current Bank procedures.

  • Review and process entry of HMDA and CRA reportable loans with 100% accuracy into Compliance CRA Wiz system following current regulatory guidelines.

  • Reviewing all commercial and consumer (excluding conforming mortgage loans) loan portfolios to identify whether it is a HMDA or CRA reportable loan. Then preparing a HMDA or CRA packet for all identified loans for regulatory purposes.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial/consumer loan operations.

  • 3+ years of HMDA and CRA Reporting experience.

  • Credit disputes and e-Oscar experience.

  • Advanced computer skills in Excel.

  • Knowledge of FIS IBS Insight is preferred.

  • Compliance courses, Loan System, and Commercial Documentation experience.
