Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
*Drive development, coordination and delivery of regional sustainability learning programs with key business line audiences across JLL *Stakeholder management, including aligning/managing for projects, acting as POC for business line learning needs plus serving as L&D expert, sharing best practices and advocating for our programs*Develop new programs with instructional designers and business stakeholders, including creating and communicating briefs, script writing and filming*Deep understanding of sustainability L&D programs, existing content and resources*Own project plans and management *Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work*Monitor & track performance metrics, leverage workforce analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations*Facilitate live learning sessions both virtual and face to faceKey Skills and Competencies
*Connecting with stakeholders and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority*Experience in and knowledge of sustainability and/or net zero carbon on the built environment*Understanding of JLL teams, how they connect with others and how sustainability intersects with their work.*Using available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs*Bring practical and global perspective - creatively make learning programs accessible to a broad employee base *Work independently on a variety of projects to drive rapid execution
